It reminds me so much of Ashland, Oregon with the university, Victorian and Queen Anne style houses. I'm hoping to someday move there with my family. We have been there several times, and think about the things we would like to see. Ashland has a world reknown Shakespeare festival, and I think this could be done in Las Vegas with cooperation with Highlands. I also have a nostalgia for the 1930's, 40's, 50's. I would love seeing the neighborhoods more child centered, and having families have block parties.
